Effective 1^st January 2026, we are delighted to announce the promotion of Jonathan to Country Manager at Asian Tigers Singapore. Jonathan joined our family in July 2019 and quickly embraced every opportunity to understand the many facets of our diverse business interests - moving, special projects, fine art and commercial relocation.  His openness to learn and his genuine curiosity have become evident to all who crossed paths with him.

Guided by the thoughtful mentorship of my very good friend, Robbie Heng, who celebrates his 47 years with us, Jonathan has consistently demonstrated not only his agility in learning but also his ability to contribute meaningfully to our interests across the organisation.  Those who have had the pleasure of partnering Jonathan will know the quiet strength he brings – dependable, thoughtful, and always aligned with the interests of our people, partners and business.

At Asian Tigers Singapore, succession planning is key to ensuring business continuity and preserving who we are – our culture, our values and our shared vision. While Jonathan’s journey with us may still be young, his youth is exactly what gives us confidence to nurture emerging leadership while our Board and Management team are active, present, and most importantly, healthy to walk beside him. Jonathan will continue to grow with the support and wisdom of many who have shaped his path thus far.

A guiding leadership principle we often reinforce in our office is this: As leaders, we must learn to step up, step in, and know when to step back. Today, we proudly witness Jonathan stepping up, as we all step in to support him—until the day we step back and watch him take the helm with confidence.
